Courteous, professional and excellent communication. Due to pandemic, I was unable to schedule a delivery time for two large freight items with another company. Saunier came to my rescue by receiving the items, storing them, then returned on a day/time convenient for me. They even helped me move an old but precious piano into my home. Would definitely recommend them. Tommy and Danna are great!

We have used Saunier Moving both times we have moved! Once in 2008 and just this month. Both time we have been more than satisfied. Sam, the crew leader this time was outstanding. All the men were professional and very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used nationally known moving companies and local unknown movers in the past. We have not had good experiences. That all changed when we decided to use Saunier Moving and Storage. The level of professionalism from the start was impressive. We experienced a level of integrity, honesty, reliability, courtesy demonstrated throughout the entire company and process that we have never seen in this industry. From our representative Tommy to the moving crew, they made our past move a great experience. Other companies should follow their model of character and professionalism. Everyone whom I had contact with at Saunier M&S was very professional, polite and helpful - from the packers to the move coordinator to the movers. Even when unexpected changes occurred on our end with our move date, Saunier quickly found the next available date for us in their busy schedule. They were always very responsive via text or email throughout the whole process. The actual movers were courteous and worked tirelessly until the last box was placed just where we wanted it. We hired Saunier Moving and Storage to help move my Mom -- lots of antiques and fragile items. The moving crew was friendly, quiet, and worked quickly in a very careful and professional manner. They were eager to rearrange the furniture until Mom was pleased. The move was hours quicker than we expected, nothing was damaged, and the final price was $400 under their initial (and very reasonable) quote. I highly recommend Saunier!

The thing that I love about Lisa is that when my wife and I moved to California from Kentucky, we called on her to help us. She came over and looked at all of our items we had and how many bedrooms we had and said that after she talked to her boss, she would give us a quote.
